Question #1 - How far in advance do I need to give you a list?

Answer:  For first time customers, we ask you provide your grocery list to us at least 48 hours in advance.  This way we can ensure accuracy of your list, locate the correct store and familiarize ourselves with the delivery location.

Question #2 - Which store do you shop at?

Answer:  We normally shop at the store of our customer's preference; however we will try to shop at the closest store to your delivery location to ensure on time delivery and items are not melted by the time we deliver.

Question #3 - How accurate should my list be?

Answer:  We want to select the correct items that you want; therefore, we ask to be as specific as possible. Provide brand name, size, quantity, etc.  If you would like to accept substitutions, please indicate so.   

Question #4 - Do you only deliver groceries?

Answer:  No, we will deliver items from a hardware store, pet specialty store, pharmacy, dry cleaning, florist, etc.  

Question #5 - Do I need to sign a contract or membership?

Answer:  No, we do not require a signed contract nor have memberships.  You use the services when you want, as often as you like and for as long as you wish.

Question #6 - Do you buy store brand items?

Answer:  Yes, we do.  If you do not specify a specific brand, we will do everything we can to shop smart, cost effective and get the store brand item or sale item, whichever is less.

Question #7 - I earn rewards/fuel points on my grocery store card, can I still earn these points?

Answer:  Yes, we can use your store discount card.  You can either provide the key card or the phone number tied to the card.

Question #8 - Can I leave a tip?

Answer:  A tip is not necessary but if you were highly satisfied with the service, you may tip your delivery person.

Question#9 - Can I make a change to my order?

Answer:  Yes, but please contact us as quickly as possible so we can make that change for you.

Question #10 - Can I use coupons?

Answer:  At this point there is no way to obtain the coupons from you in advance, therefore we currently can not

accept them yet, but we can use your discount/reward card.
